IEREK Plagiarism Policy
IEREK maintains an unyielding policy regarding plagiarism. Copying or using the ideas and work of other authors without proper permission and credit is considered fraudulent. The reviewing committee reserves the right to reject papers at any stage for plagiarism.
Authors must refer to, and abide by, the following instructions when submitting their abstracts and full papers:
Step 1
Abstract Submission Process
- Prepare and submit a concise abstract of 150 – 300 words stating the research purpose, results, and conclusions.
- Select the most relevant topic from the Conference Topics.
- Download the Abstract Writing Template before submission.
- Submission Steps:
- Click “Register” on the conference page, then click “Submit Now”.
- Select your submission topic and insert your Paper Title.
- Paste your abstract or upload a file (
.pdf,.doc,.docm,.docx). - Add 3 – 5 keywords defining the field and research scope.
- Provide names, affiliations, and emails of all authors/co-authors.
- Confirm by ticking the agreement box and click “Submit Abstract”.
Step 2.1
Abstract Acceptance & Payment
- Upon acceptance, you will receive a proforma invoice with payment instructions (online or bank transfer). See Conference Fees.
- Review the Important Dates tab to avoid late payment charges.
- Issued Upon Request After Payment:
• Signed/stamped Abstract Acceptance Letter
• Payment Receipt / Invoice
• Visa Invitation Letter (if needed) - Optionally extend your abstract for publication in ASTI by Springer Nature (Indexed in Scopus/SCImago). Note: This is optional and not required for presenting at the conference.
Step 2.2
Full Paper Submission
- Length & Language: Minimum 6 pages (~4,000 words excluding references) written in English.
- Structure: Abstract, Introduction, Problem Statement, Literature Review, Methodology, Results/Discussion, and References using the Paper Writing Template.
- Extended Pages: Authors requiring additional space for figures and tables can submit up to 12 pages under the fixed standard fee.

Step 3
Peer Review Process (Double-Blind)
* Initiated after payment confirmation.
- Papers undergo screening via iThenticate software:
Total Similarity: 10% – 15%Single Source: Max 3% – 5%< 30% Similarity: Revision Needed> 30% Similarity: Rejected
- Each submission is reviewed by at least two reviewers.
- Accepted with Modifications: The publishing team (peer.review@asti-book-series.com) will communicate requested revisions.
- Final Acceptance: Authors prepare the final manuscript per Springer Guidelines and sign the CTP form.
