Submit a concise abstract (150–300 words) stating the research purpose, results, and conclusions.

• Register on the conference page and click “Submit Now”.
• Include 3–5 keywords and all co-authors’ details.

After acceptance, you will receive an invoice to complete the payment.

• Refer to “Important Dates” to avoid late fees.
• Upon request, you can receive an acceptance letter and Visa invitation.
• Optionally, you may extend your abstract for ASTI (Springer Nature).

Your submitted paper should be 6+ pages long (minimum 4,000 words, excluding references) and submitted before the paper submission deadline, in English, and fit within one of the conference topics.

A double-blind review starts after payment. Plagiarism check via iThenticate:

• 10-15% Similarity: Accepted
• Above 30%: Rejected

Authors must check emails for revision requests. Final versions must follow Springer Guidelines and include a signed CTP form.
